photographs, graphics, audio and video materials, infographics, illustrations,
files, compilations, the selection and arrangement of content, and all other
materials published on the Website, are protected under applicable law, including
copyright and related-rights legislation, database protection law and unfair
competition law.

Economic copyrights, the related right of the press publisher, and other rights in
the Website content are vested in Tygodnik Powszechny sp. z o.o. or, as
applicable, in other rightsholders with whom the Publisher has entered into
appropriate agreements or obtained the necessary permissions. Unless
mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise, any use of the Website content
requires the Publisher’s or other relevant rightsholder’s prior, express consent.
Without the Publisher’s prior written consent, it is prohibited in particular to
record, reproduce, copy, download, scan, modify, adapt, translate, create
derivative works from, distribute, redistribute, publish, rebroadcast, make publicly
available, make available through telecommunications networks, create
databases from, aggregate, scrape, systematically collect content or metadata,

The Publisher expressly reserves all rights and prohibits the use of any
